Research

We are interested in studying behavioral and cognitive issues associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Current studies are supported by NIMH, NICHD, KUMC Frontiers CTSA, NINDS, and the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation.

Ongoing research projects utilize a variety of motor and cognitive tests to examine sensory processes, behavior, cognition and their underlying brain networks. If you participate in one of our studies, you may experience some or all of the following activities:

Eye Movement Testing

Sensorimotor Testing

Motion Analysis Testing

Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)

Behavioral testing

If you or your child is interested in participating in our ASD study, please fill out the Initial Intake form or contact us directly via phone (785-864-4461) or email (brainlab@ku.edu).
